A piece that was inspired by my good friend Phil.

One of the things he really enjoys doing (And doing well) is making small voices for characters, pets, etc. Well, one of the pets he's made a voice for is Arnold the cat. Phil and this cat get along famously and so he gives him a pitiful, Droopy-esque voice.

I on the other hand, love the stories of Arnold being a little gremlin, so I happened to draw up Tasque Manager defending the adorable kitty. It was so well liked that he commissioned to have it colored, and finished. And to make it a bit less in-joke, I also made a Tasque Manager only variant In Scraps.
