Among the many royals and nobles of the IceWing kingdom and tribe, Prince Blizzard is prideful and a bit stoic as much as any of his fellows, but is far kinder than most IceWings, royalty included due to learning and interpreting the teachings of an IceWing Queen of the past in a positive light. And like the others, has a sense of honor like most of them, even so far as to swear loyalty or repayment to others outside his tribe if he feels it is right and deserved. And despite his royal blood, he has had little issue with traveling outside the frigid lands of the IceWing kingdom as a explorer and a soldier, thanks to the encouragement of a certain IceWing couple he knows and has befriended. And it is with the warmth of a dragon outside his tribe that has helped his heart to melt enough for love to find a footing... should he survive the ongoing war, as he was last seen being captured by an opposing faction alongside other IceWings.

Compared to Phantomtide, Prince Blizzard is a more recent addition to the overall roster I had expanded upon in my revisiting of my old works, though because of that he only has a basic color reference for a quadruped form, though that will be changed in time.
