His interests are plot-relevant... I promise

If you're curious about the story I want to draw or write (don't know yet) I had this really strange dream a few months ago. the main character and everyone else were actually humans but I think it'd be interesting to make the characters all animals. Anyways this guy is watching his parent's house for 6 months and he finds a childhood video game that he doesn't remember playing. (similar to animal crossing and Pokemon)

Later it's revealed that the save file isn't his and that the main character (that you could customize, and that looks very similar to him) wasn't created by him.
This leads to a whole unravelling of various strange things that happened in the past, one of them being that the former teenage owner of the game was living in a nearby neighbourhood before being found dead in his parent's basement, as well as various tragedies and hospitalizations where the patients are sent to a hospital in a nearby town, instead of the local facility

Some of the plot elements aren't fully established yet and I don't know if I'll make this a comic or something for real, but I've been thinking about this a lot recently. definitely a weird unsettling story, maybe people will enjoy it. What do you think?
