This is Poppaleya, the Balloon Cat

Info about her:
- She's 31 Years Old
- She's 6.5ft Tall
- Friendly and Silly
- Likes to inflate anything or anybody she sees (not all the time)
- Doesn't like it when others deflate or pop her creations

Abilities:
- Can self-inflate different parts of her body, or even her whole body
- Has a hose tail and a hose in her mouth, even the nozzle of the hoses can detach and become it's own inflator
- Hoses can lock into place and it's difficult to remove
- Can consume rubbery materials and turn them into balloons inside herself, and inflates them bubblegum style
- Can turn objects or people into balloons (like transforms them into rubber), with special serum that are in the hoses

Backstory:
Poppaleya was built by a balloon company; to be a entertainer for parties and festivals, but the company that built her went bankrupt and she was given freewill to do whatever she likes.
Of course, when she was inflating balloons and being the balloon for many years, she decides to make her own balloons in her own ways
