It looks really good! Honestly, do you mind sharing some tips at all? You connect your heads to your necks in a way I really like. Makes them feel a little bit more animal, you know? Is there a specific way you do that?
The hips look really good on yours. Birds have wider-set hips typically. I can't fully tell if you made the hips wider for that reason or just to heighten the femininity, but either way, it looks good!

I'm a hip and thigh enjoyer :V
As for the heads, It's all about how the spinal column attaches to the skull. For most animals, it attaches at the back of the skull, while for humans it's more on the underside. So, for a more animal-like appearance you attach the neck further back, with a bit of a swan-like curve.
