G-52 Fine Issues (Allies): Zax Arctic
When a G-52 commits a crime or shows bad behavior punishable by demerits and fines, Super C always writes a notice telling the offender what the offense was and what the fine is. All money goes to him, which he then donates to charity. (In a rare embarrassing scenario where he gave a demerit to himself, he directly donated the money to charity.)
Anybody kicked out of the organization for good (known as being excommunicated) results in no less than a $250,000 fine.
In specific cases, an ally to the G-52s can also get a fine. Here, Zax Arctic has got one. (I'll post the story in which this happens at a later date.)

Glass Wing: The world is going to be laughing their heads off at Rainier at this rate that even our allies are going to struggle holding themselves in.
Espen: I lead The Dissidents but if Rainier wants to be a clown, we'll treat him like one, even if it means laughing my head off at him.
Jack: There is a time for everything, and times like this aren't for laughing. *To Zax* Don't do that again. Promise?
Zax: I promise.
Konrad: It doesn't matter who's our President, you will treat the President with respect no matter what.

Leo: Exactly. *to Konrad* Thank you.
Super C: You're lucky all I did was fine you the money. The trio of Minotaurs even said to me, "It looks like you got some clowns of your own, and one of them was the former dictator." However, I'm not ready to make you three clowns yet. I'm still working on the policies denoting what specific rash things a G-52 or ally does that will result in them being clowns, with the Minotaurs being exempt, because every performer in that circus is a Minotaur. Otherwise, it's not going to work.
Martin the Mighty: You can send them to the Colton Bros. if that's the case. It was them that inspired us to be patriotic to the core.
Super C: What you and the others did, Zax, does count as one possibility. The consequences are only extreme for Rainier because he learned nothing from Levi's big mistake.
Leo: How do you feel now, Levi?
Levi: I think I am starting to feel better about the whole thing. Most of my anxiety came from the constant reminders about Machias Seal Island and how I forever gave it to you for the wrong reasons, leading IC2 to abandon the humans and attempt to kill me. And we saw what the results of that were, didn't we?
Cripto: We did.
(NOTE: I did the same sort of fine issue for Juno and Zachary.)
