The first Nendoroid action figure did so well that the company wanted to do more, specifically this one of my Dragon Armor. I saw no reason not to agree, and I must say that I definitely approve of the results. Another sturdy, well-built toy, with an equally impressive degree of detailing, it really captures the menacing strength of the armor very well, and I like that it comes with two sets of detachable wings, closed, and opened, so it can be posed as if flying. That is a nice touch, I must say.

Another high-quality product that I fully endorse, and another very lucrative investment for myself.”

Well, if I’m going to expand the Nendoroid collection into the territory of my SciFi bounty hunter Grimlock, well, then I might as well go for it, and include his Dragon Armor.

Initially, I was just planning to get Grimlock himself as a Nendoroid, but Sho’s Nendoroid Theme stream allowed for up to two per slot, so I figured, why not? Again, I’m very glad I went for it, cause I think this came out great, and even as a toy, this armor looks as tough and menacing as it should. The attention to detail is very impressive, from all the metal-looking plates and joints, to the hoses under the arms, to the horns, and wings and tail, all are beautifully detailed. The simple standing pose really works well here, giving a feeling a strength and determination, like he’s ready to take on anything, even as a toy, which is very fitting for any product bearing Grimlock’s likeness. ~^ Yet another great addition to the Nendoroid collection. ^^
