Description:
Tarahji Cheatham was living a casual life like everyone else would, but others like her had a kink for muscles, most especially muscle growth, as she had a knack for muscular forms of her favorite characters, especially those from the 1970s and 80s cartoons. With that said, although a decent fighter with a long staff from the start, she also desired to become a bodybuilder, and that came in form of the MALAKAS Project. In 2025, she came into the star of the project, Timothy Soro, just having an online chat about muscles and stuff, until the latter brought up about the said project. She was really eager to join the project and went to Mt. Tingganda Military Base in California a week later.

Not much was known about her, not even to Timothy, except that she had a rough childhood as an orphan back in Cross City, Louisiana. At one point however, she went camping in a forest outside the city when she got bit by a mosquito, somehow giving her abilities akin to an adept martial artist. Such a case was part of Cross City's most persistent rumor, that some shady organization had been collecting mosquitoes under the mayor's orders, so as to extract blood from best known fighters around the city and then re-apply it to potential citizens with careful consideration on their compatible blood types. Not that Bluebell really cared, and thanks to said fighting skills somehow gained, it allowed her to focus more on bodybuilding. Having outgrown her orphanage's maximum age limit, a late teenage Bluebell took herself a week to gain a barely adequate home but with a decent job.

Tarahji explained this to the project supervisor Christopher North as well, much to the latter's suspicion, as none of his family had ever heard of such rumor before, not even from a faraway US state. Nevertheless, she was allowed to start her training the next day under the instructor Zachary White Snart (the Great White shark), who also happened to have similar background as an orphan back in Florida, minus the fact that he wasn't used to fighting like she was.

While Tarahji's progress remained as the same as any other Recruit, even up to the point of reaching the Super Soldier rank with the Juggernaut ability, she was once again approached by Chris, who had spent a week researching about the rumor she brought up before. Apparently, the mayor of Cross City was a member of Louisiana-based secret group, founded in 1980s to create stronger competitive fighters to both outcompete best foreign champions with their highest titles, and to strengthen the US image in sports. Despite the tremendous effectiveness exerted by the MALAKAS Project, the mosquito-based project in Cross City and other nearby cities was still ongoing, and possibly at best still unaware of the former.

So, to avoid any nasty surprises from the Louisianan rival, Chris requested Tarahji to take up instructorship for 12 months, so that the mountain base would be able to double its security, to prevent potential rivals (even from within the United States) from even stepping into the project's secrets. Ever now a bodybuilder, she gladly accepted the offer and became an instructor until she got honorably discharged around 2026. Few days before that end however, she was approached by the devilish dragon named Maximillian Page Morningstar, who informed her that Timothy requested to give her the new Titan form, much to her joy, as the brown fox already told her about that back in January 2026.
