Rainier Belrose officially begins his time as a circus clown with Circus Delights, and later discovers he has been kicked out of the Royal Canadian Air Force for his behavior, while fellow Canadian Dominique Proulx, by contrast, becomes a general in the R.C.A.F. However, Rainier does his job too well, because when, as President, Donald Trump tries to present three Minotaurs with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, it gets disrupted by Zax, Juno, and Zachary, because they cannot stop giggling at Rainier. (This is why you saw the fine notices Super C gave them earlier, at $500 a pop.)
