Welp, Game Freak finally did it. They made Sobble 2, AKA Gecqua. Naturally, I had to draw her alongside the Water-type lizard starter that first came to mind upon seeing the new one. As for the game it's going to be a starter in, I'm probably going to wait to see if it's any good before investing some $600 into buying it as well as a Switch 2 to play it. I'm at least glad it's not coming out this year, but given Pokemon's recent track record with main series games, I wouldn't mind if they delayed it a few more years to really get some meaningful dev time in.
