Probably a good idea for you personally to watch for other issues on your end as well, Ratch, never know what could happen with glitches like that. A similar one happened to me a while ago with Kofi and I lost hundreds that just got taken by them and not paid out. I hope you're able to recover the lost income though, that's absolutely horrible.
Oh, no I'm not saying it's anything to do with them deliberately, just the error putting pending transactions in limbo.
Still, I hope you bounce back sooner rather than later. I'll see if I can scrape some extra overtime from work and I'll try to pitch in myself, just wish my job paid enough to go back to subscribing to the artists I enjoy so I could support them again.
