The neon-clad female laughed before either of them could speak. “Oh, don’t bother,” she said brightly, waving a hand as black-magenta flame spiraled lazily around her wrist. Her other hand flicked her knife, splattering the ground with an arc of blood. “I already know the questions.” She paced between the two fallen goddesses at her feet like a stage she’d been waiting for. "Who are you? Why did you do this? What the hell is wrong with you?" She stopped. Smiled. “So let’s skip the boring part.”

Her eyes locked onto Blaze. “Hi,” she said sweetly. “I’m Claira.”

Blaze’s breath caught.

She took a step closer. “Your twin.”

The world tilted.

“…My what?” Blaze whispered.

Loona swore under her breath. “You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me.”

Claira laughed again—soft, almost fond. “Of course you didn’t know. No one did.” She spread her arms wide, like she was presenting the realm itself. “That was kind of the point..."

She's going to be a big, big, BIG problem for Blaze, Loona, and anyone else connected to him.
