Quartz Lumiose is a Nidoking/Diancie Hybrid one of many of Hope children form the many pokemon lovers she had Quartzs was when she fallen for a Nidoking despite his looks growing up he is Very Smart like his mother rise in the kingdom of Lumisoe he aims to be a fair and just king if he eiter beats her in battle or if she chooses him if no one can but given her mother is Eternal that likely never happen and seems thanks to that all of her kids even him are gifted with very long life's regardless of their bloodline
