Named after a vicious serpent from folklore, Justa throws the fanged side of his icy weapon to snag onto foes and pull himself towards them, much like how Ouraius had snagged unwelcomed visitors that entered his domain.

This is Justa's signature attack with both an air and ground variant.

Originally this was going to vary by WHO and that determined whether Justa goes to them or vice versa, but given that there's 30+ planned for this MUGEN and that some of the characters are MASSIVE it'd just make more sense for it to just be him flying towards the enemy on successful landing.
