Now I always wanted to try my own "pooltoy" // inflatable like OC, this led me to make to update my old Protogen Ekko into a "Pump-a-gen". A "Joke" type villain like Killer-moth or the "Condiment King" git. With an air pump filled with an experimental CO2 (and spear pumps from his back) to inflate into balloons like him! Hiding as an innocent pooltoy at pools till he strikes with his pump! And thanks to Jay who made such a goofy proto, and a fun voice for him!

Bio:
Ekko is a goofy, but a perennial nuisance of wanting to pump everyone into big, massive balloons like he is. Who also wanting to mess around but wanting to be taken seriously as a threat not to be mess with. As being the ultimate threat villain, but completely unaware that he’s a failure in that regard and keeps trying to get his way the best he could. With a too directive approach as to destroy “glitched/corrupted” protogens being his original programming. Yet got corrupted by a glitch to have a hidden desire to trap his prey in an almost an excessive desire to inflate them to be soft balloons as he is. Yet was transferred into a harmless inflatable body by high-ranking authorities and blasted off into space so he can't be a threat to his home planet. While in space he discovered his specialized gas (modified co2) that could not only inflate objects, but also other life forms as he crashed landed in El grande city. Now as the "pump-a-gen" to inflate victims into helpless floating balloons all to never stopped trying to matter. Who can be curious and nosy, to bonkers by an unknown “small glitch” of having difficulty of tell friend from toy to inflate. Mostly with his CO2 fan that can Expand the bodies of others to his will. So beware of the next pool toy your going to swim with, especially if that toy has a grin with a pump!
