In the lands of Mysterra full of magic and all sorts of arcane arts, there exist all sorts of fantastic and unbelievable creatures, however, none are as majestic and imposing as that of dragons

These giant and mighty beasts are well known for their immense power and natural magical affinty, usually seen as reclusive and dangerous creatures better to leave alone, there are plenty of Dragon subspecies, from small to gigantic, scales of stone or even with fur, and naturally, some more dangerous and powerful than others

Sadly, Dragons are usually seen as a very profitable hunt by many poachers as everything on a dragon is quite valuable, from the bones, to the blood, the scales, the fur, their eyes, the fangs and their eggs. This has caused for smaller and weaker subspecies of Dragons to be hunted, in many cases to the brink of extinction

Here enters a particular subspecies of Dragons known as Taurus Draconids, these Dragon are as big as 2 bulls and while being wingless they have really powerful claws and tail plus a hard and resistant skin made of reddish stone like scales and a powerful fiery breath, with their huge and strong horns being the most distinctive (and valuable) part of them. The Taurus Draconids have become an usual and frequent hunt by poachers looking to profit out of them, and sadly, their numbers have drastically reduced in the last decade, some even believing they have gone extinct, or so it was thought

Desdemona, a young 100 year old Taurus Draconid has managed to survive, and so far, is sadly the only recorded one of her kind to still exist on Mysterra (at least that we know). Now something you should know about Desdemona is that she's far from a wild savage beast, she's in fact a sentient, intelligent and deeply emotional creature, even capable of speaking, of course, poachers and hunters don't care about that, all they see in Desdemona is a juicy profit and nothing more, but then, how has Desdemona managed to survive in these dangerous lands?

As mentioned, all Dragon have a natural magical affinity, and while not all are capable of using it, some have learned to "mold" it, on her case, Desdemona was able to create a "disguise", one to look like a small human, as you can see her disguise is imperfect and flawed, but still good enough to help her go unnoticed

Nowadays Desdemona travels the lands of Mysterra is search of other Taurus Draconids, in search of other like her hoping that she's not the only one left, perhaps even to find a mate and save her species form certain extinction (besides, all Dragon have a naturla instinct and desire to reproduce), still, Mysterra being in the middle of a large scale war and with plenty of hunters and poachers out there she can never be fully save and danger lurks in every corner, regardless, Desdemona remains hopeful and decided, there has to be others out there, maybe hiding, scared and alone, she just has to keep looking, she just has to keep looking...
