Since the mind instinctively sticks most to memories of calamity, Distant Sight comes as a traumatic experience to the unprepared, for it subjects the bearer to the purview of all of the deep past and future, including their most catastrophic visions.

As one of the first Chozo of the Tallon commune to develop the skill, Pale Crow is without specialized help, but manages to find support in the mental training exercises from her Mawkin warrior background. Hence, techniques of Mawkin origin go on to play a critical role in managing this mystical ability as it continues to develop among the Tallonian mystics.
