Since I never had drawn these characters before, I thought it would be time to change this.
Jackalman, Monkian and Slithe are tied up by the Bearbils(?) and Jackalman obviously likes to be tied up, what Monkian has noticed and is now teasing him.

A shame the series never got to finish, especially when it shares the same art style as Cowboy Bebop.
BTW ... If You're ever looking to broaden your Jungle-Meets-Technology Captive wishlists there's an anthromorphic cartoon on YouTube called 'Jungle Squad' you can check out; pretty short episodes (nothing special) but filled with barefoot anthromorphic techno-warriors ... including a hoverboarding feline who has no problem tying herself up (vines). ;)
