This is alternative history of PONY.MOV in which Fluttershy did a lot of experiments with animals in her shed but nobody found out about this (nopony was killed). With this knowledge she made up the Great Anatomical Encyclopedia about usual and mythological animals. After PONY.MOV plot she started to work in the medical bay of captain's starship as anatomist. With cold blood she do autopsy in morgue with aliens and mosters, but can assist in surgical operations. Despite she is very moody and dark humored (also many of the personnel thinks she is scary) she is staying kind and won't hurt anyone. Even her chainsaw is just for intimidation, but will use it only to dissect large monsters like rancors. In extreme situations she will use her scalpels and pistol to hit into vulnerable points of humanoids.
P.S. I also watched the original MLP series, not just PONY.MOV by Hotdiggedydemon, but I feel very bad for her. That "friends" in PONY.MOV were worse than enemies, poor ponygirl.
