By commissioning me, you acknowledge the fact you have read this attempt at an entertaining TOS and waive all right to complain or feign ignorance. You also acknowledge the fact that you may end up in a boiling cauldron, exploded, imploded & reanimated. In that order.
#1 Commissioners must be legally an adult in their kingdom, dimension or homeworld to commission NSFW or Fetish related artwork. Trust me, the trench coat trick never works.#2 I reserve the ownership of my work and any characters present in said art that I own. All other characters are of the ownership of their masters/mistresses and require permission from all parties involved to be a part of the commissioned artwork.#3 Payments are made through Paypal only. Payments are to be made in full upon request. Failing to pay results in the commission being cancelled and the work done to be either trashed or integrated into my homunculus. The commissioner may also face a possible ban.#4 Edits can be made at the appropriate stages only. Please be sure you have a clear idea before contacting me for a commission. My flux capacitor is good, but I lost my DeLorean... #5 Commissioners and Character owners may repost my work to their socials provided they have a clear link back to my gallery. Gallery and Imageboard gatherers may also post my to their imageboards provided they have asked for permission. I also reserve the right to have my artwork removed from any of these sources.
#6 Under no circumstances is my artwork to be used for Captions, Edits, Generative AI, NFTs or any other form of art theft that may be developed in the future. We are but a few steps away from a robot uprising and I don't feel like hugging a T-1000 yet.#7 Let's have fun, make some great art together and keep this list short!
