Yup, Grandfather Nurgle keeps all of his 'children' alive. ALL his children, from his worshipers to the plague-causing bacteria inside his worshipers. Although Gramps DOES provide a strong benefit, he allows the nerves that transmit pain to wither, so his children don't suffer any agony from their gifts/guests.
I did notice that the purple seems to be taking up more and more of her body as the strip goes on. I was thinking it might be just me reading it wrong.
Also now I feel obligated to make a joke about "you forget it is Lily it gets to keep you alive" or something like that. Is making fun of a comic panel from 2000 comic or bizarro number one said that someone forgot that bizarre number one gets to keep Superman alive

o~ nice :3 So can Lily come and go from her mind at will? (not quite sure what the possession entails given how she specifically mentioned the brain and that it would be unpleasant) and who and/or what is the little one on her head? I forget if their species was ever mentioned, or if we might get more info on them in the future?
