You hum to yourself beneath the thick rubber mask, waiting for the pie to finish cooking. You'd spent the whole day like you'd spent countless others at this point. Every moment was spent going about the house, wobbling around as your thick rubber suit bounces with each eager step. You tidied and rearranged things, tending to your little chores and spending the extra time going about your many hobbies. Memories from before your marriage are oh so fuzzy, it's much easier to pay attention to your daytime talk shows and read your steamy romance novels while waiting for your darling partner to return. You're quite lucky that you don't have to work, or even really leave the house unless you want to go to a block party or do some shopping. You're the luckiest woman in the whole wide world, free from all that stress and able to just tend to your home. While some people might not be suited for the housewife lifestyle, it's just about the only one you can imagine. Right, Toriel?
I got some really adorable lineart from my friend Girlshapes (check out her gallery here on Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/girlshapes.bsky.social that I liked so much that I wanted to use it as color practice! After asking her permission to do it and share it, I'm pretty happy with how it came out! I definitely want to try working with other peoples' lines more, I feel like it helps me improve both my color work, but also my understanding of linework as well!
