Karen's Dragon Adventure 3: Risky Rewards Pt.6
Karen grunted as she tightened the final strap on her armor. Today's target was a bit more risky than the petty Thief from the market, so she figured it would be best to wear some protection while she could still fit into it. She had unpacked some larger clothing to wear, but she only carried one set of armor. It fit well enough; in fact, her biggest annoyance was the nub of a tail she had woken up with, pressing against the seat of her pants despite them being larger. She was human-looking enough for no one to care, especially if she brought in her prey. She didn't even bother trying to hide her horns with her hair like she did yesterday; they would be growing larger and freeing themselves all day, she had no doubt, and she needed to focus on what she was doing, not fiddling with her hair.
Karen's Ready to hunt down her prey. Hopefully, she doesn't have to exert herself too much. I can't imagine that armor is cheap to repair if she starts to outgrow it.
