The 80 USD would be for a single character without background. It comes with simpler lines, color, and shading. Extras like backgrounds, alternate outfits, etc are priced separately for a pick-what-you-want approach
The 150 USD only has simple highlighting shading, but I put significantly more time and effort into the line detail work. And, it's largely intended for more complex outfits and to provide a style option for those interested in it (and to let me play around with lines, because I like them).
