"Introducing... Franny Fangfatale!" By Oldmiso

So, this is supposed to be Franziska's appearance in the in universe comic strip "Wyvern Wooblies" which is kind of a good natured little series of doodles that portrays the heroes in my worldbuilding project as noble but silly noodle armed fools with exaggerated personalities. It's illustrated by a halfling known as Pippilian "Pip" Greentowe in-universe.
I know rubberhose is more of a 20's-30's phenomenon and my setting is more Edwardian in nature, but this artist was offering vintage rubberhose commissions, and It's what I wanna use for now. That and it's a fantasy setting.
