Even Sigyn wasn’t sure how exactly she got cornered by Thora. The amazon was over a foot taller than the half-dragonkin, as clumsy as a bull in a china shop, and had a booming voice that announced her presence light years in advance. But in the cramped locker rooms, it was a lot harder to avoid her massive arms until they finally wrapped around Sigyn’s waist and lifted her up like she were made of feathers.
Sigyn felt the ground fall away beneath her and butterflies well up in her stomach. She kicked her slender legs uselessly as Thora leaned in closer, pressing her back into the hard wall. Out of instinct, she grabbed onto Thora’s arm, only to realise her biceps felt like they were forged from pure titanium. Sigyn wasn’t even that weak, especially for her short stature, but holy hell, Thora really was on a whole other level. If she wanted to, she could totally crush Sigyn’s body like a soda can, especially since lifting her off the ground had removed the protection Winter’s March granted her.
“O-okay, focus.” Sigyn thought to herself. “She could kill me right now - not that I’d mind - but hasn’t. S-she probably just wants to talk…”
Sigyn looked into the amazon’s piercing red eyes, and immediately felt herself melting like an ice cube under her gaze. She wanted to say something smart and witty like usual, but all she could think about was how stunning Thora was. It was hard not to feel envious when being pinned against a wall by someone that had not only surpassed peak human strength, but forged it even further after years of battling villains and monsters alike. And yet, she was being so gentle right now…
Thora spoke.
“I heard you’re the one who calls herself a villainess.” she said, calm and commanding, yet barely a whisper - by her standards, at least. “You know what I do to those, don’t you?”
Sigyn’s heart raced even faster. She would’ve probably fallen to her knees if it weren’t for… y’know. How the fresh fuck was she meant to reply to this?! Was she flirting? Was this a threat? Both? What DID she do to villainesses?!
Man, she wished this were a game. That way, she could try out every possible response without consequence… and maybe relive that fluttery feeling in her heart over and over, as a bonus?
Thora has literally zero romance experience, having spent most of her life either battling bad guys or training to battle bad guys. Even so, her time at Full Circle is definitely making her embrace her gayness, even if she’ll probably be the last person in the roster to realise it. Meanwhile, Sigyn is the epitome of a disaster bisexual as expected.
