Why are hot dogs in packs of 8 and buns in packs of 12??

It has to do with size. It's more economical to package buns in packs of 8 (and the rare 10). Hotdogs, depending on the maker and the type of hotdogs (Ballpark Franks are 8 per package while Oscar Meyer Franks are 10).

Sort of, technically I began it off-line back in 93 but Dela has been here officially nearly ten years. In that time you'll have noticed that Mary has gone from being a kid that plays with dolls to now a teenager dating boys and carrying an iPOD. Sue has gone from being a student to being a TA looking to get an insert so she can get her PHD and Dela is now at a crossroads in her life deciding if she wants to give up on ever returning home and give in to settle down with Frank. Wow.

This almost fooled me and made me think it was a scan of a real comic strip. Nice authentic look.
