Little Hover Craft - Hover Fly

We started off looking for dragon flies but it was so cool that there really wern't any active... at that point I broke my tripod down to this little squat contraption I could lift and set down in the grass with my camera pointing strait down... I went around trying to get macros of any thing that moved... and saw this little guy humming around at my feet... They're very very small about the size of your pinkie nail... but they're so cool the way they'll just sort of stop in mid air and hold still like they're levitating. This wasn't with my best lens but I think it turned out ok.
