Done just for fun, although I might implement her in my stuff. Currently drawn (yet again) in Sugimori style, but I might get her drawn in my own style sometime later.
Her starting Pokemon was Ethan, who she got from her father while he was still a Growlithe pup. Also, Howard has her older brother's name, as she jokingly says their grins make them indistinguishable sometimes.
