Not sure how ser's looks like a sergal. She doesn't even have any of the sergal features. Strange people. Must be slightly blind!
Everytime, with the wormies. I'm on the edge of my seat, all HOLY CRIPES HES GONNA BLOW.
If I wasn't waiting upon a check in my own paypal, I'd get some of your merch. Remind me in 3-5 business days. There is no need for you to not be comfortable, even between jobs. Do you have any interviews lined up yet? Did you apply?

i have applied a whole buncha places. the only interview i got was for a job i really don't want. it's the same thing i just quit doing, in the next town over. and word on the street is they've just had a major shake-up there employmentwise and that's why a lot of people are quitting. so it sounds like i'd just be going from same to same. do not want.
honestly i'd like a nice lazy desk job for a change. something where in downtime i can drink a cup of coffee and draw.

"...must be slightly blind.."
My guess is that it's just the way her eyes look. Ever see a goat's eye? They look blind because the pupil is just this long narrow wavy line.
In the SF novel series The HeeChee Saga(Frederik Pohl), the HeeChee are a race of humanoids technologically advanced to us. They don't don't actually appear as characters in the first couple of novels; the plots revolve around the discovery of their remnants and artifacts in our solar system.
The HeeChee eye is interesting. The pupil is cross-shaped, like a plus sign. It's sort of creepy to look at until you get used to it.

Thought about temp-agency work? Sometimes it's a way to get work faster, and can even lead to a permanent job.
But I'm not going to polish a turd, here: Temp work can be a vicious racket, depending on the agency and their client pool.
I plan to go this route when I get my Associates in Network Admin. My program career counselor says that about 40% of the positions in my field are temp work.
The reasons I will probably choose temp work are:
a) I don't have to Sell Myself in an interview; I can far more easily prove myself on the job.
b) If I hate the job, it's far easier to move on; I can call the agency rep, tell them I'm unhappy, and stick it out until they find a replacement (usually in 3 - 10 business days).

out here a temp agency assures you one of like three jobs, all of which are pretty horrific. you're also fairly assured to be working second or third shift. when married, those are not preferential. there's also only two temp agencies out here, and only one hires.
I thought "segals" were an actual species when I first read the comments here. Reminds me of the time I had my mom convinced "akerenians" were an actual species. BTW, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfUZAMoQXoc this could be Gray's theme song.
