Those who have owned cats know of their peculiar habits concerning boxes. No matter how small, no matter how peculiarly shaped that box might be, it MUST be sat in.

I have a picture of my cat pulling a stunt just about like this, with a similarly sized box xD http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hpho.....09482516_n.jpg

This image reminded me of my "Cool" cat "Sloan" who was sort of like a "Himalayan" tabby, and weighed twelve pounds. He once tried to squeeze himself into a cassette tape box, but only managed to fit his front paws into it. I asked the Vet why Sloan would do this, and the Doctor explained pet cats have a sort of "Denning" instinct. The prefer small spaces which they can at least rest their backs and at least one side against. It makes them feel secure, even though it might often make them look silly.
*LOL* what is about cats, that no matter how small the object they MUST attempt to get in or curl up on it?
It's even funnier when the cat is giant sized too- http://astrocat.deviantart.com/art/.....upcake-7120235

I missed defending my bid at the auction and lost this one. It so matched the behavior of one of my cats in particular whom I lost last year, who would try every possible way to fit into a box far to small and usually succeed to some extent as in this piece. The colors are even correct.
