"Currency art" that was done by 
Clete while bored in the zoo at Furfright 2011. He was handed several bills, ranging from the lowly $1, to the mighty $50 (we never got to $100), and "modified" them to look... uh... different.
This was a $5, depicting Lincoln when he used to be a cover model for the DC Death Metal group "Alabaster Retard". After years of failure, he went on to better things.
