He looks so dejected at first. His favorite gargoyle is "dead". Great conveyance of emotion there. And I love how the clothing reacts with the changes, ripping and tearing. The wing bursting out in the second form is amazing. I really really really love how his foot turns into a three-pronged clawfoot. That is simply beauty in motion. I also love the color. It fits. And I love how the pants wind up tattered shreds in the final form, looking like a loin cloth. Very cute and clever. You've done a great job on the horns, the ears, that tail especially (boy do I love his tail!) and the way you made his legs digitgraded is perfect.


I'd definitely like to see more gargoyle transformations, if you were interested in doing more.
