Your lightning usage is somehow questionable: You set your light source on the glowing armor parts and on his visible body parts the lightning cast is very strong but on the armor it seems very weak (because the armor's colors are very dark).
Since most of his body is covered in armor and you focus the main attention in the middle throughout the lead from his eyes and arms, the attention falls upon the dark and grey breastplate which seriously kills a large amount of the impression given.
You need to think about what you want to do with your colors, like the way that you used your background the picture might have been better off with a blank background as the white wouldn’t interfere with the colors you used for the armor. I can actually see you did a really good job with the coloring so it’s a shame it’s almost ruined from a bad choice of color tone on the armor’s part.

If that's all I wanted to say I wouldn't have typed you 3 paragraphs of critique. :P It's a good picture but it has a major mistake and the way you become a better artist is to learn from that mistake.
