So here's a character I've never yet drawn, UNTIL NOW 8D
I'll just call him Dominic for now. I don't plan to keep him, so when I get a reference-ish sheet of him, I'll auction him off.
K so this guy:
He's a maned wolf, and aside from the green elbows and hair tips, this is his natural coloration. BUT, he likes to dye his fur. Not just his hair, or his elbows, or his whatever else, but sometimes his entire body, for special occasions like hardcore raves or ridiculous parties.
It could be anything from going completely black, with accents of color, to a well planned rainbow extravaganza. When he needs the brightest colors, he'll actually resort to bleaching, usually just his brown fur, keeping the face mask and arm/leg coloring. Mostly because it would hurt real bad to bleach close to his eyes/nose/mouth, and because of his sensitive nose, but also because it's ridiculously hard to bleach dark pigments. And it keeps him distinguishable.
Despite maned wolves being from South America, where there is no extreme seasons, he does molt twice a year, which gets rid of any permanent effects like bleaching or permanent dye.
K that's too much info. I'LL SAVE THE REST FOR LATER.
I'll be putting together a sheet with a few of his favorite makeovers and more vital information.
IF YOUR INTERESTED IN HIM I'll be auctioning him off when I have a big fat piece of art of him.

Typically an art submission is made with the character, titled character auction to attract more interest, character info/bidding rules/closing time/starting bid is placed, and then bids are made by users in the comments :3 Highest bidder in the set time period wins the auction and they pay the amount they've bid.
At least that's how its done most of the time :3
