...This one didn't ask for it...
Of all those in the lands of Tamriel, why is it me?
I'll just have to become stronger, for weak cannot survive here.
My character, Ghost the pale Khajiit woman, that I play in Skyrim :D
The cloak is my own design, but the armor is based on the scale" type. I thought it looked nice for this picture. In her hand she's got the healing spell. Basic I know, but again, design choice. I would have given her a bow, but the pose didn't work.
Really proud of this. Thanks to those who watched my livestream! Almost just made a scribbly portrait, but with lots of poking and posing I made it better. Thank you! Done in Opencanvas, only did the snow effect and sharpening in photoshop. :)
(also, argonian in the species tag but no khajiit? ;E)

Heads up: Minecraft is the worst possible game to base your computer's performance on. MC was made with Java, focuses on "Write once, run anywhere" rather than "Write multiple times, run fast!" At it's heart, Java allows programmers to make something that can run n any operating system that has Java on it without having to make separate versions ( notice that you don't have to download Minecraft for Windows or for Mac.) This, unfortunately, that as you are playing, Java is busy converting Java to the language that your computer can understand while you play, hogging system resources. It's perfect for an Indie developer but terrible for players.
BOOM! What was that?! me, dropping some knowledge on you. :P
I can run Assassin's Creed, with all 500-odd people milling around in the street, better than MC.

Really awesome piece Gravey! Captures the feel of Skyrim pretty excellently with the setting, I love the random weather that crops up in the game and there's not much more scenic than the mountains in snow. Though I imagine Ghost might be yearning for warm sands instead of snow-capped peaks.
The khajiit are so damn friendly from when I've ran into the traders from what I've played, though I've yet to run into a single other argonian in my playtime D:

http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/6.....5FCDE7109E454/ Skyrim is just SO FUCKING PRETTY. And that it's unscripted just makes it that much more unique when you happen to catch the game giving you a remarkably scenic vista
I've been debating whether to have a Kajhiit archer or a shield-and-spells one, myself...
Hm. Maybe I'll make a Breton archer (a mage-hunter if there ever was one!) and do the kajhiit for the shieldy thing...
What do you think of the game in general compared to the other elder scrolls games? I've only had it a couple days, myself.

I feel like when using two-handed weapons, including bows, there'd be certain magic schools you'd want to focus on and certain ones you wouldn't. Like, Destruction and a bow would probably be kind of pointless. Probably a good chance I'd take Conjuration with a Bow-user (even though I'd surely end up shooting my atronachs in the back of the head. A lot.)
Imperial dude at the beginning of hte game: "Or if you feel confident with a bow you can shoot the bear"
Imperial guy spends the next few minutes with an arrow sticking out of his cheek. Ooooops.

Oh gosh yeah I actually wanted to play a Breton too since they can be pretty immune to magic, and that huuuurts in this game 8C My gal is doing well as an archer/ 2 handed weapons/healer. lol I hit hard or secretly, then run away and heal lololol
I enjoy it a lot personally, since it feels a lot like the new fallouts. Morrowind overwhelmed me (I play to actually play it, but only got to start a few years ago, then packed the xbox away) Oblivion was neat too, but I don't actually own it for some reason. 8T

I like that they made everything a little more easy to get into and made the character development a lot more fluid-and-as-you-go instead of "better decide before you start playing" and that characters in general are a lot better looking, but I'm disappointed in some little detail things, such as that all of the games past Morrowind have neglected to let spears be a thing that exists or give you fun traveling powers like flight and super jumping, and also that unarmed combat continuously mostly sucks. I mean in Skyrim it's better than in Oblivion but you still have to go WAY out of your way to develop a character specifically for it just to get it to be ALMOST as viable as picking up any random weapon. No weapon-enchantments-on-your-gauntlets, no poisoned kitty claws, nothin'.
By the way, have you noticed that ALL male characters in the land of Skyrim are really, really beefy? I had that elf archer guy from the first town, Faerun I think it was? Had him following me around, and I gave him this fur armor that like, exposes a lot of upper body on male characters, right? It was like, "G'DAMN! " ... This elf was the most ripped elf I have ever seeeeeen. :V

Sweet baby jesus girl this is wicked! I am just gushing all over every intricate detail on this piece! I'm kind of sad I didn't get a chance to watch you draw it though!
But shit let me just stay over here and gush forever. Seriously you are talented beyond belief, and I can feel a great deal of emotion in this pic right here :> and of course, Khajiits FTW~

Oh wow gravey, this is beautiful. The background and character detail is most impressive. I love it a lot. Khajiit are the race I'd play as if I had / could play skyrim. They have such neat character selection options from what i saw. Also probably could help develop my lynxsona
I play a Khajiit! X3 Mine is an electric mage that uses a mace but only if the enemy gets too close, i can usually down them before they even get close! <3 electricity. I forgot what i named mine but i see you chose no hair design as well. The ear tufts too tempting for ya? lol Oh man i wish we could make them pudgier, that would be nice. bleh. lol.
The Khajit in Skyrim are [rainbow dash] soooo awesome! [/rainbow dash qoute] And your rendition of your own one is mightily impressive and fully evokes the atmosphere of the landscape. Why I can imagine this is a scene taken on the barren, snow-swept mountains to the east of Windhelm, a dangerous place for anyone without the skill and nous to look after themselves. :)
Fantastic artwork Gravewalker!

This looks fantastic! I have to say, this may or may not be a back-handed compliment, but I mistook the thumbnail for a totally different artist. XD
Also. *SKYRIM ADICT* I spent most of my precious two weeks off of work for the holidays at my parents for 8 days, and our friends for 3. I'm upset I wasn't home longer than a day or so to play more. -.- Oh cruel fate.
I also play a khajiit. >^.^< A Khajiit sniper, with a bow. So much fun.
