It's very rare to see the head of the URA outside of headquarters because you can never know when an assassin could be targeting him. Such was the case when Master Seel was spotted in a nightclub dancing the night away. The assassin was ready to take the shot when he was suddenly called off by a certain Lickilicky dancing beside him on the dance floor. The assassin tried to take the shot, but the wealthy heiress swore that if one hair on this "cutie's" head was harmed, she have her father cut off all funding for the legion. The two danced for a while, then vanished to the VIP lounge for the rest of the night.

When grilled the next day by her superiors at Legion Headquarters, Beryl's only response was: "He leads the who? Oh well. I'm sure we'll get him next time, right?"
