And off the four adventurers go to meet up with their guide and face horrible monsters like... very talkative bear cubs.
Before I ever started I knew I wanted to do this panel with Dipper. Just something to indicate he was an excited and talkative young boy with dreams of big adventure in his eyes. Unfortunately, Bloodstrype is something of a grump.
Dipper's text was completely freeform on my part. I just wrote all that on the spot like everything else in here.

Her plan is to do a comic similar to this three or four times a year. These are not cheap commissions, mind you, but well worth it.
You give her references and information about your character, then stand back and trust her. She won't do you wrong.

So THIS is what that image was all about. I couldn't help but think of "Snuffles" the mouse who appeared in a few Warner Bros. "Merry Melodies" cartoons who had a knack for non-stop chattering.
Perhaps the Iron Lord should steal away to the kitchen and get a cake of Alum?
