One thing that'd help set off a lot of the expressions is more ear movement :3 even subtle ones. Like someone said above about the submissive/dominant expressions, just having the ears splayed to the sides a little bit on the submissive one would really set it off.
you do a great job animating the eyebrows and the rest of the face, in fact, probably moreso than most furry artists I know. That could be because you don't rely on ears to convey non verbal communication like so many other furry artists do.

I took that second last one as "are you serioud, a NINJA!" XD (I don't have a pne track mind but when it comes to martial arts - ninjas included -, videogames and sex it definitely seems like it)
These are excellent, by the way. And now a thought has popped into my head: if you changed any of thesr into "I'm a sexy bitch" or "aroused face" the image below it would still work. Although, if you did it to the poker face it'd just be fucking hilarious.

the inelasticity and incongruity of this sheet suggests that you need to keep practicing!
hopefully you've gotten better since this was posted, but anyway i'd recommend working out how your character's facial muscles (which i would imagine are large and rather powerful due to the space between features and inferred bone ridges) help him emote along with how one might transpose already/easily recognized expressions of given emotions onto your character's bust. i really recommend working down from more abstract and exaggerated bases in quick doodles to get down what you really need for the subtle bits/bobs.
basically this species has a big ol face to experiment with and seeing it so static is a lil bit of a letdown.
p.s wouldn't tear gas effect the membranes in the mouth and nose?
