Overdue picture for Drachenmagier, over in DA, of her two characters Mind and iD. The connection and atmosphere between those two characters fascinates me and I hope I could do them justice.
The butterfly is a recurring symbol with those two and I pickled it to be the only source of light as well as colour in this image. The entire thing turned out awfully gloomy that way and I am sorry if this somehow ruins it all. >_O

Very nice! I like the stylized, cartoony look and te strong contrasts. The almost monotone colour palette really seems to suit you, you should use that more often. Makes for very strong, focused pictures in your case, because you already include so much detail and interesting ideas in your images that is doesn't get boring this way, but isn't overwhelming like a colourful picture might be.
