First work in progess photo on current project. I'm going to try and actually take better WIP photos of what I'm working on.

This one I'm using an ugly plastic horse model as base. I peeled the flocked skin off (which was rubbing off in patches, so it looked like it had leprosy), cut off the original (dirty) hair tail and put in an armature for the new one, filed the hooves down to make it stand level(er), padded the topline to make it a bit stockier, and trimmed the ears off.
