I did this yester day Chinese new year is on the 23. and it's the year of the dragon. the coloring was done in Manga Studios.
I did the inking traditionaly and video taped it so if you want to wacth it go this link. Inking Footage: Chinese Dragon
And no saying he looks like this for some cartoon plases cause the only ref I use was a staute of the chinese dragon.
