Since I'm not done working on the avian fokkle bio, have a skraine... No info yet. Just a size reference, some poses, and a reference of the skull. Combine a parrot beak with the fangs of a gaboon viper and throw a horribly serrated retractable tongue in there and you've got something you hope you never anger... His name is Shacjek, by the way. Think of it as a sound if you're having trouble pronouncing it... It's their language, after all.

Know what I mixed with to get that shape? ...Squirrel. Freaking squirrels, for body type and feet. lol Their wings are actually based off of the arctic tern, but every single one of them are coloured after different bird species... This one's a magpie, and Keno (if you remember him) is a lyrebird... They're technically birds (they even build nests and lay eggs), but they have... Squirrely bodies. lol
Imagining a scene for the bottom sketch. Shacjek only tolerating the little human out of mild curiosity as he pondered what to do. "Please?" the child asked trying to sway him with that mystical and hypnotic pleading stare it could perform. After only a few seconds of exposure Shacjek could only let a defeated grumble out feeling utterly emasculated by the tiny creature.
