I just felt like drawing a character like this for some reason, so I just started sketching. Well, I am a fan of anthro orcas, especially the buff ones, so I drew my own. He might not be special in any way but that's how I like it :>
There'll be more pictures with him in the future. Need to refine the design a bit first.

Also this can be seen as another practice in muscle art. This time I took a simpler approach and tried to use less details, because I totally screwed up on that part in the last few pictures with buff characters.
