On a side note, this is a good example of the randomness that this book can create. Were this drawing from my mind, I'm sure you'd all know how 'Getting a macro's footrub' would likely have gone. (Hint: Squish). I only write the general idea in. What gets drawn is left totally up to the artist's muse... and my ankle/foot doctor.
