Fur, foam, thread and hot glue.
Edit: Oh! And I should point out that
Egotist helped out a bit on this one. He cut the fur for the hands, did the tape pattern for the head and carved the foam feet. He did a good job. =]

Thanks! I find it interesting how much the general look of fursuits have changed even in the past six years that I've been making them. They're much more slim and streamline looking as opposed to bulky and bigger like the used to be. Sort of like cars, I guess. This one's baggy because he's a rental. He'll be at my college tomorrow taking photos with kids!
