Luckystar is a shiny Blacky(Umbreon) mage, who is obviously only up during the night. Like Musashi, she travels alone, and is impressed by her berry planting skills. Her potions thrive off of Musashi's berries, but Musashi herself doesn't like strangers stealing her berries. Also like Musashi, she wears clothing from other Pokemon--particularly she wears a shiny Mismagius cape/hat.
She dreams of attracting, training or even creating a shiny Alakazam with magic. Alakazams are brilliant, elegant Pokemon, and shiny Alakazam is purple...
Also, before you start wondering--Luckystar ISN'T a Pokemon version of Muffin-chan!! She is actually an alternate Pokesona for me. Musashi is like the old me (crazy, perverted, always causing mischeif, very clumsy), and Luckystar is like the new me (innocent, naive, and bubbly, obsessed with the moon, and sparkly magic things)

Humm ... I love languages and puzzles but don't know much Japanese ...
ブラッキー = bu + ra + (tu) + ki + (long)
クッキー = ku + (tu) + ki + (long)
ラッキースター = ra + (tu) + ki + (long) + su + ta + (long)
I probably got some of this wrong but ...
burakii = ?
kukii = cookie?
rakii sutaa = lucky star (the anime series "Lucky Star" uses the same syllables but uses hiragana to spell them for some reason, らき すた)

So her name is Luckystar. Despite her name, she is not a reference to the anime series, or my favorite Luckyman soundtrack song, "Watashi wa LUCKY STAR"

Oh the first word was "Blacky!" OK! That makes sense now because she's an Umbreon.
