Actually I'm not really surprised that Grey and Kyo lost eachother.

I'm not exactly sure to the degree it would apply to Grey, but some with mental disorders or brain chemical disorders can loose track to their surroundings from sounds and visual triggers and it isn't so uncommon for a person without these problems to be overcome by noises and sights. A more series form of this would be considered epileptic seizures, which I don't think really applies to Grey or Kyo, but just thought I throw out there.

A more common problem of loosing yourself in a crowed like Kyo and Grey have, is trying to familiarize oneself with your surrounding again and trying to figure out where your going. All that being done while trying to not go into a blind panic.

Though to get back to the page, why do I get from that last panel with the Chuian looking down upon the walk way, that Grey might get yelled at to not run?

This looks ridiculously complex, how long's it take to draw a scene like this? How long does it take to PLAN it? :I

the planning isn't that tough. i have the two basic building shapes and a couple basic conturian structure shapes in my head, and i sketch the central focus point (the center building) and just kind of work out from there.

the inking is what takes a long time. i didn't time it but i'd guess something like four to six hours? a lot of stopping so i don't get overwhelmed goes on.

That chuian in the green bubble is all like "why is that kid running"
