Warning. This recipe makes a HUGE pot of chili!

1 14oz can of dark red kidney beans
1 14 oz can of pinto beans
1 14 can of black beans
2 14 oz cans of stewed tomatoes
1 18 oz bag of cheese
1 24 oz sour cream
one yellow onion
one - two clove(s) garlic
1lb of ground turkey
1 15 oz can of stock/broth (use one of your empty bean cans if you want)

Spices - I used chili powder, salt, pepper and shallot-pepper, green goddess, Sazon Goya - con culantro y achiote and parsley

Open the cans and dump them into a large stew pot then add all your spices. Turn the heat on medium to start. At the same time start to brown your turkey, adding the onion and garlic to it. Once the turkey is nice and brown add it to the pot, stirring it in well. Turn the heat up and pop a lid on that baby for about half an hour - 45 minutes. You want the tomatoes to be falling apart. Add the cheese and sour cream towards the end. This gives it a nice cheesy flavor and good consistency. I like soupy chili x3

I usually eat it with rice or crackers but it's pretty yummy as is ^ ^
