Roodaroo Rebuild Ear Fans
Using PVC pipe for the ears meant I could be sneaky and slip a PC CPU cooling fan into the pipe itself and then put a big of fluff in front of it to hide it. Unless the head is bent over and at eye level then you wouldn't see these fans at all. I could probably hide them further by gluing a white piece of paper in a circle over that label, but... nyah...
Each fan has a quick disconnect for the wires going into the head so they can be removed for transport.

Hearing isn't an issue in ths suit. The fans are whisper quiet. And there's a fan in the muzzle drawing air in through vents under the muzzle then exhaust through the ears at the top. That is enough to keep the cross flow going.
Coolvests and such are also cool, but I'm not in a suit long enough to warrant it. If I was going to be in a parade, then yes, a coolvest could be useful.
